This book was one of the most original books I've read in a while. You think "what can those kids do if they're stuck at that Lyle House?". The answer is a lot.
The Summoning kept me on the edge of my seat every time I put on my headphones to listen to some more.
I tried to finish it last night when in bed, but at the mention of "raising the dead", I turned the mp4 off! LOL. It was just that I was seeing it all so clear, it was too real, and I didn't want to see that dead corpse before sleeping. I tend to have heavy nightmares.
But it's a really good book. You never see what's coming until it does *ehem, Derek's problem*.
And the cliffhanger, arghhh! I want The Awakening NOW!
I join now those who've read this book in saying: great book, and if you haven't read it: shame on you!
